Areas We Cover:
Our shop serves the following areas: Tuckerton, Little Egg Harbor, Mystic Island, New Gretna, Parkertown, West Creek, Manahawkin, Barnegat, and Long Beach Island.

Delivery Policy:
A local delivery fee of $7.00 will be added to each order, for each recipient's address. (For deliveries outside our local delivery area, this fee may vary.) In addition, a relay fee of $6.00 per transaction will be added for orders not within our local delivery area.
Minimum order for local delivery is $30.00. (Minimums will vary for deliveries outside our local delivery area.)
U.S. orders must be received before 2:00 p.m. in the recipient's time zone to assure same-day delivery. Any orders placed for delivery on Sunday must be received before 2:00 p.m. on Saturday. Orders received after that time will be delivered the following business day.
We will do our best to accommodate deliveries at specific times of day, but we cannot guarantee it.
Delivery of orders to rural route addresses or cemeteries cannot be guaranteed.
We will be happy to accept your international orders if you call our shop directly.


Substitution Policy:
Occasionally, floral substitutions are necessary due to temporary, regional availability issues. If this is the case with the arrangement you've selected, the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will substitute only fresh flowers of equal value.

Recipient Not Home:
If you have specific instructions for the delivery of your gift bouquet, please note them in the Special Delivery Instructions field during checkout. In all other cases, if the recipient is not at home upon delivery, we will either:
-Tag the recipient's door asking them to contact the florist to schedule a delivery time.
-Leave the arrangement with a neighbor and place a message on the recipient's door with this information.
-Call the recipient to schedule an appropriate delivery time.
-Leave the arrangement in a covered, secure area of the home (porch, garage, or other entrance).


Business Hours: (Eastern Standard Time)
Our shop is open from Monday through Friday: 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Saturday: 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
Sunday: Closed...We do make deliveries on Sunday for orders placed on or before Saturday at 2 PM EST.

Holiday Hours:
Our shop will always be closed on the following holidays: New Year’s Day, Memorial Day Weekend (Saturday, Sunday and Monday), Independence Day week (July 4 - July 11), Labor Day, Thanksgiving Weekend (November 24-27, 2011) and Christmas Day. We will be closed Sunday 12/25/2011 through Monday 1/2/2012. We will reopen Tuesday Jan. 3rd, 2012.span>

Privacy Policy:
We respect and are committed to protecting your privacy. We may collect personally identifiable information when you visit our site. We also automatically receive and record information on our server logs from your browser including your IP address, cookie information and the page(s) you visited. We will not sell your personally identifiable information to anyone.

Security Policy:
Your payment and personal information is always safe. Our Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software is the industry standard and among the best software available today for secure commerce transactions. It encrypts all of your personal information, ncluding credit card number, name, and address, so that it cannot be read over the internet.


Refund Policy:
All refunds will be provided as a credit to the credit card used at the time of purchase within seven (7) business days upon receipt of the returned merchandise.
